Frequently Asked Questions

WHAT ARE THE GENERAL BUILDING HOURS?

The lobby doors of Century Centre are open Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm. After-hours key card access is also available for tenants.

WHAT KIND OF PARKING IS AVAILABLE?

There is a six-level parking structure with an automated parking system available to tenants and visitors at a 4:1,000 ratio. Rates are $1.00 every 15 minutes (there is a 15 minute grace period) with a $12 daily maximum and payment can be made only by credit card. Tenant parking passes are available for monthly parking; rate information is found in the lease and requests for access cards need to be made to the management office.

Do you have electric vehicle charging stations?

Yes, there are four electric vehicle charging stations on the third level of the parking structure. Pricing is $1.25 per hour; after four hours rate adjusts to $4.00 per hour. More information can be found at www.semaconnect.com.

WHAT SORT OF ON-SITE MAINTENANCE IS AVAILABLE?

A full-time porter is on-site to ensure the building is kept clean, as well as a building engineer for any necessary building repairs during office hours. Nightly janitorial services for the cleaning of the building are Monday through Friday.

WHERE ARE THE MAILBOXES?

Century Centre mailboxes are located on the first floor of both towers.

HOW DO I CONTACT THE PROPERTY MANAGER?

The property manager is available for service calls and tenant questions between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday at (949) 474-8300. For after-hour emergencies, please call (800) 284-4783.

HOW CAN I RESERVE THE CONFERENCE ROOM?

The conference room must be booked in advance and can be done so through the management office. Rates are $25.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum, and discounts are available with the addition of Dandelion Café catering.

HOW DO I MAKE A MAINTENANCE REQUEST?

All maintenance requests such as HVAC issues, cleanup or plumbing issues should be made through the maintenance request portal at www.olenmanagement.com. If you do not have a username or password, you must contact the management office.

WHAT IS THE GENERAL INSURANCE REQUIREMENT FOR TENANTS?

Pursuant to the terms of your lease, you are required to provide Olen with a Certificate of Insurance for your premises. The specific insurance requirements for your location are outlined in Article 8 of your Lease.  Please mail the Certificate of Insurance to the attention of the Insurance Administrator at 7 Corporate Plaza, Newport Beach, CA 92660.

DO YOU INVOICE MONTHLY AND WHERE SHOULD I SEND RENT PAYMENTS?

Olen does not invoice on a monthly basis. All payments are due on the 1st of the month and should be sent to Olen Commercial Realty Corp., Unit Q, P.O. Box 51915, Los Angeles, CA 90051-6215.

WHERE ARE THE CLOSEST DINING OPTIONS?

Dandelion Conscious Café & Catering is located on the ground level of Century Centre’s 2603 tower and is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am-3pm. They also offer daily “grab & go” services to all project floors, as well as corporate catering. Adjacent to the towers is Andrei’s Conscious Cuisine & Cocktails, open Monday through Friday from 11:30am-9pm and Saturday from 11am-9pm, which is an award-winning restaurant and bar with event facilities and off-site catering options.

WHAT OTHER AMENITIES ARE NEARBY?

Less than ten minutes away is John Wayne Airport – Orange County (SNA) – with connections across the United States with more than 240 arrivals and departures a day. Ten minutes north on the 405 freeways is South Coast Plaza, the largest mall on the West Coast of the United States with over 250 shops and 30 restaurants, as well as Segerstrom Center for the Arts.
